Step-by-Step Process

1. Select ‘Finance’ in the Sidebar

   • Navigate to the Finance section on the Falcos side menu

1. Click on ‘Invoices’

   • Choose Invoices from the available options.

1. Create a New Invoice

   • Click ‘Create Invoice’ to start a new invoice.

1. Add Customer Details

   • Click the ‘+’ icon to add client information.

1. Select Your Contact

   • Choose the contact you want to invoice (e.g., Maurice Boschke - mauriceboschke99@gmail.com).

1. Add Invoice Items

   • Click ‘Add New Line’ to include products or services.

1. Select the Product or Service

   • Here you will select your product, if the product doesn’t already exist simple press “Add new Line Item”. In this example I will use “Falcos Life Time”.

1. Save Your Progress

   • Once I am happy with the invoice, I can now save. This will put the invoice into a draft state. In a draft state you can make as many amendments as required.

1. Make Any Necessary Edits

   • If needed, click ‘Add New Line’ to modify invoice items.

1. Finalise and Publish

• Click ‘Confirm’ to finalise your invoice. This will now mark your invoice as live and generate a unique payment link to send to your customer.

1. View the Customer’s Payment Page

• Here you can see an example payment link your customer could see. They will have the ability to view the amount, Invoice PDF and select to pay via BACs or Card payments.

In addition to generating an invoice, Falcos will automatically generate a invoice payment link with Stripe and sync to your Xero accountancy platform.
